Israel Classic Tour

That’s why we have crafted the perfect route for a 6-day classic tour of Israel, where you will discover some of the most sacred and historically significant sites in the country.

Join us on this journey of discovery with our experienced guides, as we explore the beauty and history of many important places in Israel, including Tel Aviv, Haifa, , Nazareth, Jerusalem, and beyond.

Day 1: Coming to Israel

Upon your arrival at Ben Gurion Airport, you will be greeted by one of our representatives and assisted through customs. We will then transfer you to have dinner and spend the night in Tel Aviv.

Day 2: Coastal Wonders

We will take you on a tour of Tel Aviv and Jaffa to experience the charming architecture, modern and trendy shops, and art galleries as well as the colors and tastes of a variety of Eastern Traditions. From Tel Aviv we will continue on the seaside to Caesarea, to view the Roman, Byzantine, and Crusader ruins – particularly the grand Roman theatre. After this, we will go to Haifa for a panoramic view of the bay and visit the picturesque Persian Gardens of the Bahai Shrine. We will then head to Acre to see the Crusaders' stronghold and the medieval fortifications. Our day will end in Tiberias where we will have an overnight stay.

Day 3: Jesus' Galilee

Our third day will start with a drive to Nazareth, where we will visit the Basilica of the Annunciation and St. Joseph’s carpentry shop. Then we will continue on to the village of Cana, considered to be the site of the first miracle where Jesus turned water into wine. Then we will return to Tiberias, where we will visit the diamond center and see the cutting factory, museum and showroom. From Tiberias, we will continue on to Capernaum, believed to be the site of Jesus’ Galilean ministry and host to a number of the Apostles. We will visit the ancient synagogue of the Second Temple period which it is believed Jesus attended. After this, we will Continue to Tabgha (in Hebrew ``Ein Sheva`` which means ``spring of seven``), where the Miracle of the Multiplication of the Loaves and Fishes was believed to have been performed. We will then drive to the summit of the Mount of Beatitudes considered to be the site where Jesus gave his first sermon to the masses. We will spend the night again in Tiberias.

Day 4: Mystical Safed

We will begin with a drive to Safed where we will visit the old synagogues and the enchanting artist’s colony. Then we will continue on to the Yardenit Baptismal site, where it was once believed Jesus was baptized by John. After this, We will drive through the Jordan Rift valley to the town of Beit Shean and explore the ruins of the ancient former Roman city of Bet Shean. We will then travel to Jerusalem to spend the night there.

Day 5: Jerusalem's Sacred Sites

We will begin the day with a drive to Mount Scopus where we can enjoy a magnificent view of the Old City of Jerusalem. Our trip will continue to the Mount of Olives for another stunning view. We will then visit the Garden of Gethsemane, considered the site where Jesus prayed fervently before his arrest by the Romans, and then go to the Basilica of the Agony. We will then enter the Old City for a walking tour which will include the Western Wall, believed to be the sacred ruins of the Holy Temple of the Jews. From there, we will venture onto Via Dolorosa, to view the Stations of the Cross, and visit the church of the Holy Sepulcher. The day in Jerusalem will continue to Mt. Zion where it is believed the tomb of King David resides. We will also venture into the Upper Room in the Mt. Zion complex to take a look at the place where it is believed the Last Supper took place. We will spend the night in Jerusalem.

Day 6: Modern Jerusalem and More

The day will start with a drive through the modern city of Jerusalem. We will visit the Yad Vashem Holocaust Memorial and the Knesset, the Israeli Parliament. Then we will continue on to pastoral Ein Karem and visit the church of visitation, believed to have been built by Helena to memorialize Zechariah, father of John the Baptist according to the Gospel of Luke. After this, we continue on to Bethlehem to see the church of Nativity and the Shepherds Fields. We will spend the night again in Jerusalem.

Day 7: Going Up and Down

We will begin with a drive through Ma'ale Adumim on Jerusalem hills, where the Monastery of Martyrius sits. We will then pass by the Inn of the Good Samaritan route to the Dead Sea, a salt lake known as the lowest land-based place on earth, 430.5 meters below sea level. We will ascend to the ancient fortress of Masada by cable car to visit the last stronghold of the Jewish Zealots and Herod’s Palace. Weather permitting, we will then stop off for a dip in the Dead Sea before returning to Jerusalem where you will have dinner and spend the night.

Day 8: Departure

Time to say goodbye. We will provide you with a transfer to Ben Gurion airport for your return flight home.
